You pick the apps or app categories to block, and you pick which days are blocking days. NurseLock only schedules and lifts its own restriction. Blocking is free and never depends on a purchase, and you can turn it off or remove all restrictions at any time from Settings or the Recovery screen.
Scheduling uses FSRS spaced repetition. The daily assignment defaults to 30 due and 5 new cards and is configurable. Questions are multiple-choice and written recall with explanations, and missed questions come back for review.
Set an exam date for a countdown and a weekly study goal to pace the work. You can keep personal notes alongside the bundled question set.
