You pick the apps or app categories to block, and you pick which days are blocking days. NurseLock only schedules and lifts its own restriction. Turning blocking on requires NurseLock Pro; turning it off or removing all restrictions never does, from Settings or Help with blocking.
Scheduling uses FSRS spaced repetition. The daily assignment defaults to 10 review and 2 new questions and is configurable. Questions are multiple-choice and written recall with explanations, and missed questions come back for review.
Set an exam date for a countdown and a weekly study goal to pace the work. You can keep personal notes alongside the bundled question set.

Select apps or app categories in NurseLock. Blocking is optional, so you can study without Screen Time. iOS asks for Screen Time authorisation on your own iPhone; approve it so NurseLock can schedule its restriction.

Each study day NurseLock assigns one short drill from your due and new cards, with explanations on every question.
Completing the drill lifts the block until the next study day starts. Buying Pro does not lift it for you. You can remove all restrictions yourself at any time from Help with blocking.
NurseLock has no account, no backend, no cloud sync and no runtime AI. Study data and the Screen Time selection stay on the iPhone; device backups of the iPhone can contain them.
