// professional services · builds from A$500

Website design for professional services, field by field.

Accountants, mortgage brokers, real estate agencies and law firms get checked before they get called. A Kovus site for a professional firm puts the registration where a client can check it, gives each kind of client its own page and makes the details your regulator expects easy to show.

A$500

to A$1,000, quoted in writing

Each field page maps the site out page by page, so you can see the structure before you ask for a quote.

/ What changes

A professional firm's site is not a tradie's.

The build is the same one behind every Kovus site. What changes is what the client needs to see before booking.

  • Registrations where they can be checked

Tax and BAS agents are on the Tax Practitioners Board register, and credit licensees and their representatives are on ASIC's registers. The number goes beside the person it belongs to and in the structured data, so a client can confirm it in one step.

  • A page for each kind of client or matter

A sole trader and a company group, a first home buyer and an investor, a will and a dispute: each search gets a page that answers what that person asks before booking.

  • The details your regulator expects, easy to show

Each field has advertising rules on top of the general law against misleading conduct. The site is built so the details your regulator expects have a set place, and you, your licensee or your adviser approve the final wording. Where a licensee or compliance review is needed, it is written into the scope.

  • A booking path, not a call-out

Professional work starts with a meeting. The enquiry form asks what the first meeting needs, such as the client type, the loan purpose or the matter, and says what happens next.

/ Prices and terms

What a website for a professional firm costs.

The same prices as every Kovus build. A real estate listings feed from the agency CRM is quoted per job, after checking what the CRM offers.

A$500 to A$1,000, quoted in writing for the pages and integrations the business needs. A Premium build for a bigger site starts at A$1,000. What Premium covers.
Hosting and edits
A$97 a month covers hosting, security, backups and unlimited edits. What website maintenance covers.
SEO and Google Business Profile
From A$197 a month, adding Business Profile work, Search Console, directory listings, review requests and a monthly report. What the SEO plan covers.

Both monthly plans are optional and month to month with no minimum term. You own the website, content, domain and source code. Full pricing and terms.

/ The site structure

What every professional firm's site covers.

The pages change with the field. The structure underneath them does not.

  • A home page that says who the firm works forThe kinds of clients or matters the firm takes on, where it works, the registration a client checks, and one way to book.
  • A page for each kind of client or matterSole traders and company groups, first home buyers and investors, sellers and buyers, wills and disputes: each with what the first meeting covers and what to bring.
  • Profiles with the details a client checksEach practitioner's registration, licence or admission details beside their name, kept in one place in the code so the footer, profiles and structured data change together.
  • How the firm chargesFixed fees, hourly rates, commissions or quotes, explained in plain words before the first call, in the same terms as the engagement letter or credit guide.
  • The regulator's details in a set placeA footer line for the registration or licence, a link to the public register, and a client information page where the field calls for one. You or your adviser approve the final wording.
  • A booking form that scopes the first meetingIt asks the client type, the loan purpose, the property or the matter, and says what happens next.

It is the structure behind the trade and greengrocer builds in the Kovus case studies, each written up with what shipped and what it cost. For a professional firm, the jobs become client types and matters, and every build is scoped and quoted in writing.

Questions about websites for professional firms.

Which professional firms does Kovus build websites for?
Accountants and bookkeepers, mortgage brokers, real estate agencies and agents (including buyers agents and property developers' project sites), and law firms. Each has its own page with an example page structure and the questions firms in that field ask.
What is a Kovus site for a professional firm built on?
The same build behind the trade and greengrocer sites in the Kovus case studies: a page for each thing a customer searches for, the facts a customer checks placed where they can check them, and one clear way to get in touch. For a professional firm, the pages follow the client types or matters, and each field page shows an example page structure, labelled as illustrative.
How much does a website for a professional services firm cost?
A standard build costs A$500 to A$1,000, quoted in writing for the pages and integrations the business needs. A Premium build, for a bigger site built to a higher finish, starts at A$1,000. Ongoing work is optional: A$97 a month covers hosting, security, backups and unlimited edits, and from A$197 a month adds SEO and Google Business Profile work.
Who owns the website, and is there a contract?
The client owns the website, content, domain and source code from launch. The monthly plans are month to month with no minimum term, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
Will the site rank on Google?
No quote includes a ranking, because Google decides that. The build covers the pages, structured data and mobile speed that search engines read. The SEO plan then works on the Business Profile, Search Console, directory listings and review requests each month, with a report on what changed.
Can our licensee or compliance team review the site before it goes live?
Yes. Where a licensee, aggregator or compliance team needs to approve content, that review is written into the scope, so the site launches with their sign-off rather than being changed afterwards.

/ The next step

Tell me about the firm and who it works for.

The field, the clients you want more of and what the site has to show. I will reply with what a written quote needs. A quote-scoped one-off build is available without ongoing services. The client owns the website, content, domain and source code.
