Useful answers, up front.
This page is for website project enquiries. For product help, start from the Kovus app catalogue and choose the relevant support page.
What should I include in a website enquiry?
Include your business type, current website if you have one, main services, service area and what you want the website to improve. The form covers the essentials and leaves room for extra context.
Where is Kovus based?
Kovus is based in Atwell WA 6164, in the City of Cockburn, Perth. There is no shopfront: it is a service-area business that meets clients on site across the Perth metro area, and works with businesses Australia-wide by phone and video.
Can I get the A$197 plan if Kovus did not build my website?
Yes. The A$197 plan is available for a website Kovus did not build, on the same pricing from A$197 a month. The site stays on its current platform and host, so hosting, security and backups stay with them. The plan covers the SEO work, the Google Business Profile and the monthly report. On-site SEO changes, such as titles, headings, structured data and page copy, are made in your platform with editor access you provide, and you keep ownership of every account. If the platform blocks a change the work needs, the written quote says so before anything starts.
Who owns a website built by Kovus?
The client owns the finished website, domain and content. Kovus does not lock clients into a proprietary website builder.
Where can I get support for a Kovus app?
Use the dedicated support page linked from the Kovus app catalogue. Each app has its own privacy and support information.
