Is NurseLock clinical guidance?

No. NurseLock is study practice for the NCLEX-RN. The bundled question set is educational study material. It is not clinical guidance, not medical advice and not a guarantee of exam results.

Are the study questions translated?

Study questions and explanations remain in English. The app interface and Screen Time shields support more languages; changing the app language does not translate the study questions.

What needs NurseLock Pro?

NurseLock is free to download, and a sample question comes before the paywall. The daily drill and turning on blocking require NurseLock Pro — a one-time Lifetime purchase or an automatically renewing Weekly subscription, shown in your App Store currency in the app. Blocking is optional after purchase: you can study without Screen Time. Removing NurseLock restrictions never requires an active purchase.

Can I try Pro Weekly free?

Eligible customers can try the weekly subscription free for 7 days. It then renews at the weekly price shown before purchase until you cancel. The app shows the available offer and current price in your App Store currency. Manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

How do I set up Screen Time authorisation?

NurseLock uses individual authorisation on your own iPhone. iOS asks for it in-app. Approve the request when iOS presents it so NurseLock can schedule and lift its own Screen Time restriction. You choose which apps or app categories to block.

Blocking did not lift after I finished a drill

Open NurseLock so it can refresh the restriction. If the block is still in place, open Help with blocking in Settings to turn blocking off or remove all restrictions. Help with blocking is also reachable from the paywall, with or without an active purchase.

How do I change the reset time and blocking days?

You choose which days are blocking days, and you choose the study-day reset time. The default reset time is 4:00 AM local time. Change both in Settings. Completing a drill lifts the block until the next study-day start.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings and choose Restore purchases, or use Restore purchases on the paywall. Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple ID that made the purchase. If the purchase still does not appear, email support.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Cancel through Apple's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple. The lifetime purchase is a one-time buy and does not renew.

Where is my study data kept?

Study data is stored in a local database on your iPhone, and device backups of the iPhone can contain it. This version has no in-app backup export or restore screen. Restoring a purchase brings back App Store access, not study data.

What should I do before I delete the app?

Remove restrictions first through Settings → Help with blocking so the block does not linger, then delete the app. Deleting the app removes local data. If NurseLock is already deleted and a block remains, review Screen Time access for NurseLock in iPhone Settings and restart the iPhone.
