The site is hosted and served through a content delivery network. Hosting is part of the monthly price, with no separate hosting bill.
The site is checked for security and speed, and what the check turns up is fixed.
The site is watched, so an outage is noticed without you having to find it first.
Backups are taken and checked, so a restore is known to work before it is needed.
Text, photos, prices, hours, a new service or the latest job photos, changed when you ask. Edits are part of the plan, not billed one at a time.

Client messages are usually answered within 1 hour during AWST business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Outside those hours, by the next business day morning.
24 hours
Clients on a monthly plan whose site Kovus hosts get a guaranteed fix within 24 hours of requesting one, including outside business hours.
Kovus is one person, based in Perth. Work runs by phone and video, with on-site meetings across the Perth metro area.
