What we collect

When you fill in a form on kovus.dev, we collect: name, email, phone, business name, business type, current monthly leads (optional), your message, your IP address, and the timestamp of submission.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, with your express consent, to send you commercial information about Kovus's services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Spam Act 2003 compliance

Marketing communications are sent only with your express consent (opt-in checkbox at submission). Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link, and you can reply UNSUBSCRIBE or STOP to any message at any time. We action unsubscribes within 5 business days.

Kovus complies with the Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing josh@kovus.dev.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics scripts. Cloudflare (our hosting and CDN provider) processes standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, request path) to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and report network errors. No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking.
