AquaCore Plumbing: from DM-only bookings to a 43-page Melbourne plumbing site

A Melbourne plumbing company that took bookings only through Instagram direct messages, with no website, no Google Business Profile and no published phone or email, went live at aquacore-plumbing.com.au with 43 pages: eight service pages, 22 suburb pages, five guides and a job record linked to the original posts.

// what the build includes

Everything the build ships with.

What went live for AquaCore Plumbing, from the page set to the proof on it.

  1. 01

Went from an Instagram account, with no website, no Google Business Profile and no published phone or email, to a live domain at aquacore-plumbing.com.au carrying 43 pages in its sitemap.

  2. 02

Eight service pages: drainage and sewer, hot water systems, water pressure and valves, gas fitting, backflow prevention, renovation rough-in, roof plumbing, and maintenance and emergencies.

  3. 03

22 suburb pages across Melbourne and the north-western suburbs. Six show a completed job with a link to the original post, and the rest say plainly that no job is tagged there yet.

  4. 04

A job record of nine jobs, from a sewer relocation in Airport West to a hot water replacement in Glenroy, each linked back to the Instagram post it came from.

  5. 05

The ABN in the footer of every page and in the structured data, with the about page stating that no licence number is published because it has not been verified.

The business

AquaCore Plumbing is a Melbourne plumbing company, AquaCore Plumbing Pty Ltd, registered in Dallas and working across Melbourne and the north-western suburbs. The work covers drainage and sewer, hot water, water pressure and valves, gas fitting, backflow prevention, renovation rough-in, roof plumbing, and maintenance and emergencies, on residential and commercial jobs.

This is the nearest Kovus build to Frankston and Berwick, about 55 km from each in a straight line, so the pages on web design in Frankston and web design in Berwick use it as their worked example.

What they had before

No website, no Google Business Profile, and no phone number or email published anywhere. The business had an Instagram account with nine posts of real jobs, and the bio said to message for bookings. A search for the business name turned up no site of its own and no map listing. Someone in Glenroy or Essendon looking for a plumber had nowhere to read what the business does, and no way to book except a direct message.

What we built

A 43-page site at aquacore-plumbing.com.au, built around the part of plumbing a homeowner never sees. The headline is “The half of your house you never see”, and the supporting line explains why it matters: drains, gas lines and hot water live behind walls and under slabs, and getting them right the first time is cheaper than opening them up twice.

Eight service pages split the trade by job type, and five guides cover what people search for when something goes wrong, from burst pipe first aid to water pressure that is too high. The page on website design for plumbers explains why the split by job matters. Twenty-two suburb pages cover the service area, and they separate two kinds of page. Six suburbs have a completed job on record, shown with a link to the original post. The other sixteen say plainly that no job is tagged there yet, so no page claims work that was not done.

The job record lists nine jobs from the business’s own posts, including a drainage renovation in Brighton Beach, a sewer relocation in Airport West and a pressure limiting valve fitted on a house taking mains water at 700 kPa. The homepage turns that job into a working pressure gauge that sweeps from 700 down to 500 kPa. A second homepage section sets a rough-in photo beside a fit-off photo and captions them as two different jobs, so the pairing is never read as a before and after.

The business publishes no phone, email, licence number or reviews, so the site states what can be checked and says so where something is missing. The ABN sits in the footer of every page and in the structured data. The about page explains that no licence number is published because it has not been verified. Bookings run through Instagram direct messages, and the site names that as the channel. The quote form asks for the suburb, the job type and what is happening, then turns the answers into a message the visitor copies into a direct message. Until an inbox is connected, the form sends nothing itself and never claims to have sent anything.

Under the design, the homepage hero plays a rippling water-light effect over a still image that loads first, and structured data describing the business, its services and its FAQs runs through the site.

Where it stands

The site is live at aquacore-plumbing.com.au, and the original Vercel address redirects there. Search Console was verified on 7 September 2026, the 43-page sitemap was submitted, and Google indexed the homepage. Ranking the service and suburb pages over time is the ongoing work described on the SEO for plumbers page.
