What is free?

Creed scanning, the bundled catalogue, search, bag comparisons, wishlists and your local collection are free. A new installation also includes one whole-bag identification credit. Paid subscriptions add more whole-bag photo identifications; the exact price and allowance are shown before purchase.

Restore a purchase

In the app, open More, choose Identification access, then tapRestore purchases. Make sure the iPhone is signed in to the Apple ID used for the original purchase. If credits or access still do not appear, email us with the app's anonymous support identifier and, if available, the Apple transaction reference.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select Vintage Coach Identifier. Cancelling stops future renewals; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

A photo will not scan

For a Creed scan, use even light, avoid glare and fill the frame with the serial patch. For a whole-bag identification, include the full bag, a clear Creed patch, hardware and distinctive construction details. You can allow camera or photo-library access in iPhone Settings.

Where is my collection stored?

Saved bags, notes, collection photos and recent identification history are stored locally on your iPhone. Removing the app removes that local data, subject to Apple's device backup behaviour. Whole-bag photos are sent only after you confirm. Read the fullPrivacy Policy for details.

Identification limitations

Results are catalogue comparisons based on visible evidence, not authentication, appraisal or a guarantee of age, condition or resale value. Have high-value purchases checked by a qualified professional.
