Manage or cancel a subscription

Priscana subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and choose Priscana. Cancelling stops future renewals while access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restore a previous purchase

Open the Priscana paywall and tap Restore. Confirm that the iPhone is signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If premium access still does not appear, email us.

Add the home-screen widget

Press and hold an empty area of the iPhone home screen, tap the plus button, search for Priscana, choose a size and add the widget. Open Priscana once if the widget asks you to begin.

How is the daily passage chosen?

Priscana uses the local calendar date and your selected tradition preferences to choose the day’s passage consistently. Reopening the app on the same local day does not produce a different draw.

How do streak freezes work?

A freeze can cover a missed local calendar day. The free practice includes one freeze grant each month. Premium supports additional freezes and a two-calendar-day window for eligible retroactive repairs. Streak calculations use calendar days, so daylight-saving changes do not create false misses.

Where are reflections stored?

Reflections, journal history and practice progress are stored on your device. Reflection text is not sent through analytics. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
