Evidence Review uses disclosure and consent version 6. It sends only reduced, metadata-stripped photos from the selected comparison pair, check-in, upload and pair identifiers, and match quality. It sends no weight. Original photos remain on your device.

A later Review question requires both reviewText and healthContext before it may share an expressly selected user-entered weight from the selected pair. It sends no photos or Apple Health sample.

Wellness information only

Evidence-review observations, Journal recaps, weight trends and Ask and Review responses are general fitness information. They may be incomplete and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. They should not replace a qualified professional.

Ask training questions and references

Ask provides bounded training information based on the sources you choose, or clearly labelled general information when no personal sources are selected. It does not claim to be a professional coach or clinician. Where enabled, it can refer to exercises in your recorded training and bounded set or repetition ranges. It does not provide medical, injury, rehabilitation, contest-preparation, dehydration, drug or disordered-eating advice, nor training prescriptions derived from your appearance.

Ask may receive selected general reference summaries from public health and research documentation alongside the context you choose to share. These summaries contain no personal records. Successful answers can show links to the references supplied to the AI; the links and reference versions are saved with the answer on your device. A reference link is background reading and does not validate a personal measurement or every statement in an AI answer. This feature does not train a model on your records, upload DXA reports or estimate numerical composition values from photographs.

The allowance is eight Ask questions per UTC day and twelve Compare AI results per UTC calendar month. Ask shares its daily allowance with earlier Review, Training and Journal question features. Reference information does not add a provider or change the temporary-photo cleanup, model-provider retention or account-deletion arrangements described in the Privacy policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and information you provide. You grant the limited permission needed to process content only for features you request. You must use your own image, have the right to process it and not submit unlawful, abusive or deceptive material.

Online AI features are available only to users aged 18 or older and require the Google Gemini processing disclosure to be accepted before the first request. Version 6 separates reduced Evidence Review photos, Ask and Review text, selected Journal dates, check-in cadence and pose-coverage counts in an Ask question (never photos, file paths or record identifiers), selected user-entered weight, selected Hevy workout context, Compare-result captions in an Ask question (never the photos), and a labelled AI goal visual into independent scopes. The goal-visual feature is not available in this build, so no photo is sent for it. Version 4 and version 5 permission no longer authorises any online AI feature. Photos are never written to Apple Health, and Apple Health samples never enter Ask, Review or Google Gemini. You can withdraw future AI processing permission in Settings.

Subscriptions

PhysiqueProof Pro is billed through Apple. The price and trial shown before purchase control. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage cancellation in Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. It also does not remove Apple Health records already stored in Apple Health. If automatic Sign in with Apple revocation cannot be verified, PhysiqueProof deletion still completes and you must remove the app manually in Apple Account settings.

Availability and acceptable use

Online AI features may occasionally be unavailable or produce incomplete results. Do not attempt to bypass limits, disrupt the service, access another person’s data or reverse engineer protected server systems. We may restrict misuse while preserving applicable consumer rights.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
