Purchases

If an active Apple subscription is not recognised, open the PhysiqueProof paywall. If it shows Sign in to continue, sign in with Apple first. Then choose Restore purchases, which is also in Settings once you are signed in. Make sure this iPhone is signed in to the Apple ID that made the purchase. Apple manages cancellations and refunds through your Apple ID purchase history.

Apple Health

Health access can be reviewed or removed in the Health app under your profile, Apps and Services, PhysiqueProof. This release reads body mass, body fat percentage, lean body mass, waist circumference and workouts for a rolling 180-day Trends-only window on this device; those samples are never included in Ask or any online AI payload. A missing weight may mean that no authorised sample is available. A check-in writes body mass only when you choose Also save to Apple Health; progress photos never sync to Health, and Apple Health samples never enter Ask or Google Gemini. Withdrawal stops future reads and keeps stored rows on the device.

Online AI

Compare review (the Google Gemini permission screen calls it Evidence Review) uses only reduced, metadata-stripped photos from the selected comparison pair; original photos remain on your device.

Compare review can process selected reduced photo copies only after the current Google Gemini disclosure, an 18-or-older confirmation and permission for that exact scope. Questions about a saved Compare review receive no photos or Apple Health samples. If temporary-copy cleanup cannot be verified, the result is withheld. Withdraw future online AI permission in Settings.

Delete an account

Open PhysiqueProof, go to Settings, choose Delete account and local data, review the export option and confirm deletion. The confirmation always offers Apple subscription management because deleting the account does not cancel billing. Existing Apple Health weight records are not removed; manage them in Apple Health. If PhysiqueProof cannot verify Sign in with Apple revocation, account and local-data deletion still finish and the app directs you to remove PhysiqueProof manually in Apple Account settings. If you cannot access the app, email josh@kovus.dev from the address connected to the account.
