Email josh@kovus.dev with the device model, iOS version and what you expected to happen. Do not attach private progress photos unless requested.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases on the PhysiqueProof paywall when an active Apple subscription is not recognised. Apple manages cancellations and refunds through your Apple ID purchase history.
Apple Health
Health access can be reviewed or removed in the Health app under your profile, Apps and Services, PhysiqueProof. The app cannot determine whether you declined a specific Health type, so missing values may simply mean that no authorised sample is available.
Delete an account
Open PhysiqueProof, go to Settings, choose Delete account, review the export option and confirm deletion. If you cannot access the app, email josh@kovus.dev from the address connected to the account.
