PhysiqueProof
Private training-photo evidence

Evidence Review temporarily processes only reduced, metadata-stripped copies of matched photos and the one or two areas you select. Original photos stay on your device.

Compare like with like.

PhysiqueProof keeps your Journal on-device, checks whether two photos are comparable and lets you request a source-bound Evidence Review when you choose.

Built for repeatable proof

Use Journal, Evidence and Review to record check-ins, compare selected dates and ask source-bound questions about a saved evidence pair. Selected reduced photos may enter an Evidence Review only when you allow it; they never enter Apple Health. Optional weight or Hevy context is included only when it is available and you enable its separate permission. Apple Health reads body mass, body fat percentage, lean body mass, waist circumference and workouts for a rolling 180-day Trends-only window on this device, writes body mass only when you choose Also save to Apple Health for one entry, and never includes those samples in Ask or any online AI payload. Withdrawal stops future reads and keeps stored rows on the device. Apple Health samples never enter Review or Google Gemini.

PhysiqueProof for iPhone is currently in private development testing.

How it works

Start with a check-in in Journal, then select the two dates you want to compare. The app checks whether the photos form a comparable pair so that a comparison starts with the records you chose, rather than a loose gallery. Journal, Evidence and Review keep the check-in, selected pair and any question in one place.

When you request an Evidence Review, PhysiqueProof uses the selected pair and the one or two areas you nominate. The review is source-bound to that saved evidence pair. It is general fitness information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You can use the journal without connecting Apple Health or Hevy, and those sources remain separate from an online review unless you make the relevant choice.

Privacy and control

Original progress photos stay on your iPhone. For a paired Evidence Review, the app uses reduced, metadata-stripped copies of the selected photos. Photos are never written to Apple Health, and Apple Health samples never enter Review or Google Gemini. Apple Health body-mass access is optional; a check-in writes body mass only when you choose Also save to Apple Health for that entry.

Online AI processing is optional and requires the current Google Gemini disclosure, an 18-or-older confirmation and permission for the exact scope. You can choose Not now, withdraw future AI sharing in Settings, decline or remove Apple Health access, leave Hevy disconnected, export your records, or delete your account and local data.
