What Vialtally does

Vialtally is a calculator, log, tracker, and reminder. It applies deterministic arithmetic to values you enter and stores your compounds, doses, vials, schedules, notes, and related records on your device.

Vialtally does not recommend an amount or schedule, provide medical advice, diagnose a condition, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Check the values you enter and the result before relying on a calculation. Seek professional advice before making medical decisions.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for:

• entering accurate values and selecting the intended units;
• checking calculations and reminders before acting on them;
• maintaining access to your device and any user-created exports;
• deciding whether and how to use information recorded in the app; and
• complying with laws that apply to you.

Do not use Vialtally for emergency assistance. Contact local emergency services when urgent help is required.

Subscriptions

Vialtally may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store. The price, billing period, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

A subscription renews unless it is cancelled through your Apple Account before renewal. You can view or cancel it in iPhone Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. Apple controls billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund processing. Use reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store refund requests.

Deleting Vialtally does not cancel an active subscription.

Privacy and local data

The privacy policy explains how Vialtally handles local records and App Store purchase records.

Deleting the app can delete records stored only in its app container. Keep a user-created export if you need a separate copy. You are responsible for protecting exported files after they leave the app.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• interfere with the app, its security, or its operation;
• use the app unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
• redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app except where law permits; or
• derive source code from or modify the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Availability and changes

We may fix, update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Vialtally. Device settings, iOS behaviour, App Store services, notification delivery, and third-party services may affect whether a feature is available. Reminders are a convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive at a particular time.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The ACCC explains that consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be taken away.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vialtally is provided as available and without additional warranties. Where liability can lawfully be limited, Kovus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

Termination

You may stop using Vialtally at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the app, users, or legal compliance. Terms that by their nature continue after termination remain effective.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app, law, or service providers change. This page will show the effective date. If a material change requires consent, we will request it as required by law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Australian law, without excluding any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
