Terms of use

These terms apply to PhysiqueProof alongside Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.

Wellness information only

Scores, body-composition values, recovery indicators, projections and Coach responses are estimates for general fitness reflection. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and should not replace a qualified professional.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and information you provide. You grant the limited permission needed to process content only for features you request. You must use your own image, have the right to process it and not submit unlawful, abusive or deceptive material.

Online AI features are available only to users aged 18 or older and require the Google Gemini processing disclosure to be accepted before the first request. You can withdraw future AI processing permission in Settings.

Subscriptions

PhysiqueProof Pro is billed through Apple. The price and trial shown before purchase control. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage cancellation in Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.

Availability and acceptable use

Online AI features may occasionally be unavailable or produce incomplete results. Do not attempt to bypass limits, disrupt the service, access another person’s data or reverse engineer protected server systems. We may restrict misuse while preserving applicable consumer rights.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
